Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation terms will be noted in your confirmation letter once your reservation is finalized.The Bradley Inn is a small hotel and we appreciate as much notice as possible should your travel plans change. To avoid a penalty for a cancellation or no-show, please note your cancellation terms in your confirmation letter. Please read this carefully as it will help you avoid cancellation penalties, should you need to cancel or shorten your reservation.

Most reservations require cancellation by 3 p.m. at least 7 days prior to your expected arrival.  Of course, we will make every effort to re-book a cancelled reservation, and will not charge your card if we are able to do so.

For special events such as CU Graduation, CU Parents Weekend, and other large events, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of the check-in date to avoid penalties. The Bradley Inn reserves the right to charge your credit card for cancelled reservations that do not comply with our cancellation policies.

Again, please read your confirmation letter carefully.

Please remember: 
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property inside The Bradley or outside on the balconies. (If smoking policy is violated, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $300 to credit card on file); and, we do not allow pets of any kind.
