The Bradley Boulder Inn has 12 unique guest rooms and each has its own private bath. To choose your preferred room, explore our ROOMS page here on our website or call us and we'll be happy to assist you. There are three guest rooms on The Bradley's main floor and nine guest rooms upstairs on the second floor. The second floor is accessible only by stairs and there is no elevator. Choose a first-floor room (Rooms 1, 2 or 3) if you do not wish to manage stairs.

BETTER ROOM SELECTION: If you would rather choose your own room, (and they are all unique), explore OUR ROOMS page and book direct on our website, or give us a call at 303.545.5200 during business hours. A real person will help you with your reservation to make sure you get exactly what you want! We also know what reservations have been cancelled and when other rooms may be available that would better suit your needs.

IF PLANS CHANGE: Booking directly with our hotel makes it easier for us to come to agreement about how we'll resolve your change of plans, without us needing to involve a 3rd party between us. Give us a call if you have questions 303.545.5200.

REPEAT VISITS MAKE YOU A VIP!: If you found us through a 3rd party website, that's great! But if you stay with us again, consider booking direct next time. We can use the booking commissions to do nice things for you. instead.

NEED TO KNOW INFORMATION:

ROOM ACCESS: If you require a main floor room, please request rooms 1, 2 or 3 at time of booking as there is NO ELEVATOR to access the second floor rooms.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The Bradley is not appropriate for children under the age of fourteen.

SMOKING REGULATIONS: Per fire code, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on our property. A non-refundable charge of $300 will be made to the credit card on file if the smoking policy is violated and the guest will be required to vacate property without refund.

EXTRA CLEANING: IF excessive and extraordinary cleaning is required beyond normal room use to bring the guest room back to original check in condition, an extra charge will be assessed to the credit card on file.

NO PET POLICY: We strive to provide an allergy-free environment for our guests. Therefore, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. ONLY SERVICE DOGS ARE WELCOME. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?:

THREE DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO CHECK IN: For a standard, standalone reservation, we require notice 72 Hours (3 days) prior to 3PM on your arrival date to MODIFY or CANCEL your reservation. Please call the front desk to notify us of your cancellation or modification at 303.545.5200.

INSIDE THREE DAYS, NO-SHOWS OR EARLY DEPARTURE: We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total value of the reservation if cancellation is inside 3-day window or if reservation is a no-show. No refunds for early departures.

GROUP RESERVATIONS: For group booking and cancellation policies, please refer to the details specific to your group reservation contract.

DEPOSITS REQUIRED FOR PREMIUM NIGHTS: Reservations for the The University of Colorado My Graduation, Fall Parents' Weekend, and other premium event weekends such as: Boulder Ironman, Memorial Day, Bolder Boulder 10K, advance-purchase CU football game weekends, concerts at Folsom Field: etc., require a deposit at the time of booking. Once deposits are made, reservations may be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
