The Inn is very convenient to shopping, dining, and walking through lovely neighborhoods. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. We appreciated the quietness of the place, but also the opportunity to have interesting conversations with other guests. The evening wine cheese was a good sendoff for dinner. Breakfast is wonderful with quiche, fruit, yogurt, baked goods and excellent coffee. I highly recommend the Bradley Inn.

The staff and the overall atmosphere are really great! The Inn is right off the Pearl Street Mall which allows you to walk to dozens of shops and restaurants. It’s also very close to campus. It’s a unique property perfectly located in Boulder - to see the sites and relax and enjoy the atmosphere. the property is well-maintained and has a unique character, Beautifully designed with excellent artwork all around. The staff was very welcoming, breakfast was delicious from various quiches, home made baked goods, and fresh fruits. The room was clean, and beds very comfortable. The location is perfect (a few steps away from Pearl Street). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The Bradley Boulder Inn has 12 unique guest rooms and each has its own private bath. There are three guest rooms on The Bradley's main floor and nine guest rooms upstairs on the second floor. The second floor is accessible only by stairs and there is no elevator. The Bradley is NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE. Guests of The Bradley Boulder Inn expect to enjoy a peaceful environment when they stay here.

Per fire code, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere on our property. A non-refundable charge of $300 will be made to the credit card on file if the smoking policy is violated and guest will be required to vacate property without refund. Excessive and extraordinary cleaning beyond normal room use will result in extra charges assessed to credit card on file.

We strive to provide an allergy-free environment for our guests. Therefore, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. ONLY SERVICE DOGS ARE WELCOME and please advise us at time of booking if you travel with a legitimate service animal as defined by ADA guidelines. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY AT THE BRADLEY?

For a standard, standalone reservation, we require NOTICE OF 72 Hours (3 days) prior to 3PM on arrival date to MODIFY or CANCEL a standard reservation. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total value of the reservation if cancellation is inside 3-day window or if reservation is a NO SHOW. No refunds for early departures.

Reservations for the The University of Colorado MAY GRADUATION, Fall Parents' Weekend, and other premium event weekends (Boulder IRONMAN, Memorial Day Bolder Boulder 10K, advance-purchase CU football game weekends, concerts at Folsom Field: etc.), require a deposit at time of booking and once charges are made, reservations may be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
