TAKE A TOUR OF THE BRADLEY IN THE VIDEO BELOW
DESIGNED TO BE AN ELEGANT BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Built in 1994 to fit seamlessly into its surrounding historic neighborhood, the Bradley Boulder Inn’s iconic central tower hides surprises inside. The stately brick mansion was designed originally by architect Scott Coburn to function as a boutique hotel. As a result, the Inn’s twelve guestrooms are spacious with soaring ceilings, tall, solid, hardwood doors, fireplaces, balconies and city or mountain views. When entering the Inn, through the wide gracious porch, visitors are surprised to be greeted with a modern craftsman style interior featuring gleaming woodwork, a river rock fireplace, a stained glass ceiling and a wide open reception area. The Bradley Boulder Inn fits so well into its quiet historic neighborhood that many locals don’t know the Inn exists, even though it is only half a block from legendary Pearl Street's famous shops and restaurants.
Serving guests for over twenty-five years, the Bradley Boulder changed ownership in 2025 when Jim Griffey and Heather Collaton Griffey sold the Bradley to the Dahlmann’s, a prominent Ann Arbor, Michigan family that like the Griffey's also specializes in boutique hotels. The Dahlmann family fell in love with the charm and serenity of the Bradley Boulder Inn while visiting their grandson, Michael, at the University of Colorado. The Dahlmann’s currently own five hotels and retail and office properties in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Sanibel, Florida. Their plan for the Bradley is to enhance the current look and feel of the interior while honoring its incredible craftsmanship.
