Frasca Food and Wine is the James Beard Foundation Award winning-concept from partners Bobby Stuckey, Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson and Peter Hoglund. Steeped in food and wine traditions of the northeastern region of Friuli-Venzia Giulia, Frasca Food and Wine welcomes guests with warm hospitality, exceptional cuisine and expertly paired wines. Frasca tells a story of a particular region and history in northeast Italy that is well worth telling and experiencing.
